We are looking for experienced, creative Chicago-area pizza chefs to participate in a one-day pizza toppings innovation session in Chicago on Monday, June 3. $750 honorarium. The lab will include cooking a handful of your dishes for still photography, and participating in an informal roundtable discussion with other chefs.
