Does anyone have a recipe for a Chicago style thin crust I can cook at home tonight?
I thought Chicago Style was thick crust.
That is the perception, but not reality. A good 80% of all pizza ordered in Chicago is not deep dish, rather it is thin crust. And the thin crust is cut into squares, not traingles.
It is good stuff, when done right.
