Chicken Wings

Does anyone know of a fresh or frozen wing that I can run through my conveyor oven than add my own sauce to?

A lot of companies make a fully cooked rotisserie wing that will cook in one pass through your conveyor oven. Tyson, Perdue, Pierce, Lanova just to name a few. Once they go thru, shake in your favorite sauce and you are good to go. Depending on the size of the wing, you may have to make sure they are thawed before using to make sure they heat all the way through.

Lloyds also carries a special pan for impinger/conveyor owners to do their wings in. I haven’t tried one yet but I assume they would help to put on more of a fried-like texture to the skin. They recommend saucing prior to running it through the oven though.
