Do any of you do anything special for your employees as far as a holiday bonus. Over 9 years I’ve always tried to get something personal for all full timers, but am struggleing with ideas this year. Just wondering what others do.
Logo-wear! At least that’s what I do for the management staff. As far as the rest of the employees go, we throw a Christmas party and do the secret Santa thing. I pay for the party so that’s kinda my gift to them. -J_r0kk
