I am just beginning to make pizza for my small store here in South Carolina. I really need some help. I am looking for either some type of classes I can take, or a manual or something that would help me with just the basics.

Do you have any such type of training manual or do you do any type of internet training?


 Tom Lehmann is one of the experts with this publication.  He heads up the American Institute of Baking over in Manhattan, KS.  I know they have classes for the moderate and intermediately experienced pizza people.  The classes only last a week and are very informative.  Hope this helps. -J_r0kk
