Unless something major goes wrong, we’re opening a week from Saturday.

THe main lesson I’ve learned so far: ASK QUESTIONS. Especially “will this ___________ actually work when you are finished, or do I need to get the electrician back out after you leave?”

Grrr…Yes, I acted as general contractor. Next time, maybe not. Turns out, though, that the landlord has an electrician/plumber/remodeler who knows this building inside and out, is licensed for all the work, and has LOTS of experience with pizza restaurants. From hood to toilets, he could have done this. But no…no one mentioned him.


Anyone have an extra #12 Hobart pelican attachment, with S blade and 3/16" cheese blade and hub?
