I do reckon these are hot markets now. I wonder if the new legalization laws require you to be a resident of the state or if Washington and Colorado will see some drug tourism.

Colorado does not require you to be a resident. You must be 21 years old to purchase and the purchase and possession limit for non-residents is a 1/4 ounce. It can not be consumed in public and yes, there will be “tourism”.
