I have a Jimmy’s pizza we lease a space from a marathon gas staition.
we do about 90% delivery 10% take out.in the last week they have closed the station put up an auction sign directly below our main Jimmy’s pizza sign 8 foot long closed signs in the windows locked the front door shut off the coolers where we put our food without telling us. the auction bill says the building has two renters providing good cash flow if new owner wants lease may continue OR NOT…!! how can I speed up the construction permit from the minnesota department of health I have a new location we need in there fast!!! people think were closing or already closed!!! sales are falling fast!!! help The auction is oct 8th…

The hold the cards in this one. Best I can recommend is contacting someone and asking if they have any sort of expediting or fast-tracking option/process for the plan review since you are potentially losing a lease and may lose your business if delayed 8 weeks.
