Conveyor ovens, alternative uses, ie. dinner entrees,

What kind of products/entrees of quality can be pre-made and run through a conveyor oven?

we have a separate grill line so its mostly pizzas for us but we do par bake our fresh wings in out Edge to cut our fry times and they come out great

We have two Lincoln 3270’s and make wings, certain hot sandwich options, as well as the normal starters such as breadsticks, cheese bread, etc.

Depending on the item they use different times and heat.

Conveyor ovens allow cooking of large number of food such as pizzas, burgers & others with less amount of time. It saves a lot of time as compared to other ovens. You can also gain information from conveyor ovens report, it can also tell you the market scenario and uses of it.
