We cook all of our sides/appetizers in our brick oven. I do not have room for a fryer . Ive seen a lot of products such as the auto fryer, quick and crispy MTI etc… anyone real happy with there ventless self contained product?
I have been using 2 Perfect Fry fryers for over 9 years and recently bought a higher capacity Broaster self contained unit and like it also. They take up little space and require no hood so you can put them almost anywhere. I sell all the usual fried appetizers including wings. If you have any other questions, let me know.
