220v, single phase, about 4 years old, maybe 5. Used for pulled pork mostly with some slow cooked chicken and wings for a bit. Manuals included. Also selling an electric Meat Shredder. Used for a year and a half. Shredder comes with a heavy duty custom table to bring this unit lower for easy operation.
Since pulling pulled pork off the menu, we no longer have a need for the meat shredder. Will sell both for 11k as a package.
