countertop ventless hood

Anybody know anything about them?
Between the slice oven and the panini press… no shortage of smoke.
Would be VERY difficult (costly) to vent traditionally at this point.
Thanks in advance.

Apparently they work well enough to be approved.
We have no clients using them
Any vent less system present a heat problem and may requir more A/C

Yes, those are the ones I’ve seen… last day or so.
Do you mean that they will require more a/c than if not used at all?
That slice oven puts out some smoke from time to time.
I bought a liner (so to speak) that can easily be removed and wiped, debris scraped off, etc and that seems to have helped but… not a ton.
When you lift the panini press, same thing. Though I did just get a cleaning tool and I believe that will help.

These units may or may not require additional A/C. Depends on existing capacity and how much heat the the unit being vented gives off.
