cracker style crust

I am getting a lot of requests form my customers for a cracker style crust. Does anyone have any ideas on how to do that.

there is one in the recipe bank

1 pound (or about 3 1/2 cups) high gluten flour
3/4 cup warm water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt

Found this one for one pie online.

And then get a brick oven and run it at 800 degrees.
