crust saver

http://www.crustsaver.com/pizza-crustsaver.php
anyone have any experience with these guys, one small issue we have been having is
when we supply pizzas (30) for a football game we find that somewhere twards the end of the run the moisture from the crust is wanting to start to stick to the box, this friday we are going to start with wax paper to see how that holds

We have used them (called Dri-pie/www.dri[ie.com) and they worked quite well, but not a whole lot better than ripple boards, which are a lot cheaper. Pizza Hut uses the ripple board inserts withtheir delivery pizzas.

is that something i just ask my distributor for?

Yes, just ask them for “ripple sheets” for use under the pizzas.
Let me know if you have a problem getting them locally.

My distributor calls them fluted grease proof liners.

There you go…different distributor/manufacturer…different name.
Thanks,
