What is to use to dice or chp the chicken for pizza

We do cut with knife but not sure if any machine is available

I picked up this unit about a year ago and it has worked well. It may be overkill for you, it just depends on how much you dice per day.

we use this…but you can get the R2 without the dice for much cheaper, we use the dice for our onions and green peppers which is why we added that.
