Dessert dough

I am trying to come up with something different for my customers and to be the first to do something like this. I want to make a special dough just for my desserts and I dont even know where to begin. I want it to sweet but still like a pizza. Any help you can give would be much appreciated. Thank you

I think most places that serve deserts just use their normal dough and it is how they are topped that makes them a desert…I get pizza from Westside Pizza in Colville WA every so often and their Cinnamon Stix are nice…Sure looks like regular pizza dough to me…
