How much dough would one put in a 8x10 loyd pan Detroit pan? First time trying this in a small pan not sure of the amount I’m guesting maybe 9oz but I’d someone out there is doing these already let me know thanks!
We didn’t make ours but my guess would be it was somewhere around a 15oz dough ball
Thanks Steve actually did 14oz in my larger pan turned out to be just the right thickness for me!
I use 11oz in my 8" x 10"
