Its hard to believe so little response.
I don’t have a dessert pizza per se, However, I do make bread sticks, coat them in butter (whirl) and sprinkle them with cinnamon & sugar, and serve them with a white icing (Powdered Sugar, Milk, Vanilla Extract). These are extremely popular.
I recently had someone ask me to baste a pizza shell with Butter (whirl), and place Thin Apple Slices on it (like pepperoni’s), add some Candied Walnuts, and some Sliced Mango’s, sprinkle it with Brown Sugar, and Cinnamon, and serve it with my white icing. It sure smelled good when it came out. My employees made another, and tried it, and everyone was all smiles.
