Does Anyone Here Make Their Own Mozzarella?

i came across several articles (and a couple of videos) on the net that show that this a relatively very quick and easy process - especially if one purchases the curds. i was stunned. is anyone here making their own mozz? is it a much more involved process than the articles imply?
