Domino's Dough Recipe

Hey, I am new to these boards… I was checking back in some of the archive posts from like March 2007 and Tom Lehmann mentioned that in the RECIPE BANK there was a “dough formula” and procedure that is designed to closely emulate the Domino’s dough in both performance and flavor characteristics.

I looked all through that Recipe Bank and I only found 2 that I thought may be what he was talking about but wasn’t sure… does anybody know if one of the following links is what he may have been were referring to or if I missed it:

http://www.pmq.com/tt2/recipe/view/id_1 … yle-Pizza/

Thanks!

I think it is this one: http://www.pmq.com/tt2/recipe/view/id_1 … ust-Pizza/.

You can also see the ingredients list for the Domino’s crusts at http://www.dominos.com/home/menu/ingredients.jsp (you may have to copy and paste this URL into your address bar).
