Dough Baller. Is it worth the investment?

Hello,

Does anybody have experience using an automatic dough ball roller? Looks like a good investment that will pay for itself over time, but wondering about the quality of dough balls and any other pros/cons???

Thanks!

Good question. I, too, am interested in the answer to your question.

Yes it is very much worth the cost!

What does a decent model cost? How much time a day does it cut from production time for a 50lb bag of flour batch?

Good investment. Saves me 2 hours of labor a day and adds consistency!

100%. We changed over our 3 stores to have dough rounders this year. We would hand roll dough for 2+ hours a day with 2-3 employees. Now 2 employees max can complete our daily dough in 30 minutes or less. One employee on a slow day. Our dough is more consistent. We have Somerset in two locations and an AM manufacturing rounder in one store.
