dough ingredients

what do you guys use in your dough?
i can not get myself to use more ingredients other than water,flour,salt,yeast.
i feel if i add anything more i will ruin my crust flavor
so no suger,milk,oil,butter,eggs . what about youwhat do you use in your doughs and why?

keep it simple and keep working on making it better
experiment and verify…through that, I have got my own technique, of which I am sure can be improved,

In decending order of quantity; Flour, Water, Oil, Honey, Salt, Yeast. Oil and honey both improve the taste. Oil also improves the handling.
