I have an older Doughpro DP1100. While it powers on and goes to a set temperature, the controls are unresponsive. I’ve tried holder the up and down arrows for three seconds to no avail. The controller is A CAL 3200. Does anyone have any experience with this controller? Do you know how to do a factory reset?
