So we are in our new location and I love it, In our old location we were cramped and did not have any space to make our own dough so we bought frozen dough, roughly 14 oz’s are about .45 cents whats my cost going to be when I do a fresh?

Usually about .02 per ounce or .28 per 14 oz doughball

Plus, you’re going to need to consider the cost of the mixer if you don’t already have one, cost of dough boxes or plastic bags for storing the dough in, as well as space for ingredient storage, and possibly refrigerated space for dough ball storage.

Instead of dough boxes you could use aluminum pans and a dough rack. Then you could use the aluminum pans to also make full sheet pizzas.
Our dough works out to be 2 cents per ounce also.
