I’m baaaack!
I’ve just spent 3 unbelievable days down in Los Angeles with Peppe Miele, Master Pizzaiolo and President of the American Division of Verace Pizza Napoletana–better known as the VPN, and with the Golden Boy of Pizza, Ed LaDou. Three full days of talking, making and eating pie! I got to take a class with Peppe and now have had official VPN training and might go and finish certification.
I was really able to get a true sense of both of these men who are at the opposite end of the pizza spectrum, but yet, are friends and who share vary similir views on the future of pizza.
