Excel Dough % File.

Hey all,
Does anyone know where that old Excel file went that had Tom’s % calculations for dough but also calculated out the actual cost of the dough ball when the recipe was entered?

I thought it was in the Managers Toolbox but I can’t find it there, nor can I find it in the Dough Information Center.

yes, but this must be a newer file… the older one had Grams (which is easy to add in, i know) and 4 other catagories that i can’t remember. Is that one still around?
