Anybody have any experience with this product. Check it out at the show and seems like a great add-on to my existing phone system. Any problems with service ever? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I’m not knocking Fidelity here, as I have no experience with them. You can get this same unit through Message on Hold at www.messageonholdservice.com and I can assure you the service can’t be surpassed. I use them for the message on hold and will soon move to a call sequencer.

The “Mini” is the call sequencer…the message on hold service they use is through Please Hold Systems, but I am more concerned with the unit itself as opposed to the voice messaging service.
