Filtered water?

We use regular tap/city water for our dough. Our city water is not the best…should we use filtered water? Does it affect quality?

We’ve opted to filter the water that we use for the dough. That same line will also filter our pop machine, ice, and veg.prep sinks.

There’s an easy way to find out if you need to do so: Try it!! If no one can tell the difference, you don’t need to do it.
