beside the cost being much more this year, what are ya’ll using out there, beside All Trumps, or comparable 14.3% protein flour ?
I use different brands of around 12% protein flour.
I am going to try the Cereal Food White Chief unbleached enriched hi gluten flour, 12.6% -+ .2%
