I am taking over a pizza shop in the los angles area the current owner uses a couple of vendors but i want to find some that are closer, where can i get a list of local vendors i have searched the yellow pages on the web but cant find anything.
You can also go to http://www.pmq.com/fooddistributors.shtml and click on your state and get a list of food suppliers
Where are you opening? I am located in LA as well, and know of some good distributors.
