Looking around spaces to open a shop(Eat in/carryout/delivery), Found one that is 1,420sqft and the building itself is pretty tall owner said 20ft high inside.New plumbing and new a/c 4-5tons . What are the pros and cons of renting a building pretty tall? From some information I got seems like keeping cool isnt as bad as keeping it warm in the winter. I live ouside of chicago. Anything else to consider like the exhaust hood being more hard to install or stuff like that? Also I will being going with Edge 60 series double stacked.
If it is 20 ft. to the roof it should not be a problem we hahesold many edge ovens with hoods dicted that high.Wouls be happy to help you. GM
