Fresh, Wild Caught, Alaskan Sockeye... on Pizza

Our second limited edition pie will hit the menu this weekend.

Fresh Sockeye Salmon (yes we fly it in) with artichoke hearts and roma tomatoes on a white pie with chopped garlic, ricotta and mozzarella… this one is very tasty.

It should be. We are promoting fresh (never frozen) wild caught so it will end when the sockeye run ends but that is usually a bit after your visit. Often through my birthday which is near the end of July.
