Who uses it & what kind Balls, already shetted, or frozen disk(like PH)

Many years ago we used Rich’s frozen dough balls. They worked very well and produce good pie. Cost, however, is double what it costs us to make dough even including labor.

Roma makes a pretty good product…packaged in plastic trays rather than bags…easier 2 proof etc.
