Just wondering if anybody sprinkles a little magical garnish on their pizzas, wings, breadsticks, etc… And what is it? I’v seen some pizzas with chopped fresh green leaves sprinkled on after baking… Any idea what that would be? I think my pizzas may look a bit better with an added garnish…


Probably oregano or parsley. One thing that you need to take notice of is if the part with garnish tastes differently than the part without. I’m assuming of course that you’re garnishing the center or the edge and not the whole pizza in which case the previous comment is useless.
