I chose to write you from the list of representatives since you were located closest to NY. My question may be a bit unusual, but I’m hoping you can advise me or point me in the right direction with who to contact.
I’m planning to open a western style restaurant in China next year and want to feature pizza on the menu. Pizza is very popular out there, but they only really know pan pizza or Pizza Hut style. I want to bring traditional NY style and serve slices and so forth.
Can you tell me where to begin the process? If you were setting out to do this, where would you go first for information to see if this is realistic?
