Before I start my pizza restaurant, I’ve decided to take a pilgrimage to New Haven. I’ll be there for 4 days and want to really “study” the neo-nepolitan style that is popular in the area.
I identified a couple of places to visit:
Frank Pepe’s
Sally’s
Abate’s
Modern
Naples
Are there any other locations the forum would recommend in the New Haven area?
If anyone is out of New Haven and would not mind spending a few minutes to talk I would be very greateful. I’ll be in the area from the 3rd to the 6th of June.
