We turned 1/2 of our Alto-Shaam into a smoker, using a “smoke-pistol” we bought on-line several years ago…

We slow roast & smoke some boston pork butts & shred them - then we use a “Gold” bbq sauce, red onions, mozz, provolone & cheddar…a slight twist on a bbq chicken pie
