Wow, next week and you don’t have a recipe? We have many good solid dough recipes in our recipe bank. But having owned a Dominos in Buffalo I do know that you are in a very tough market to work in. HOpe you are familiar with your customers and I hope you don’t open your store until you have a recipe which you can turn into a great consistant product. Best of luck.
