I cant find anything on grilled pizza dough recipes. Can anyone suggest one?
We have made grilled pizzas a number of times and we have always used a regular pizza dough formula. Nothing special is needed for a grilled pizza, but from my personal observations, a dough formula that is either very low or devoid of sugar, eggs, or milk seems to give the overall, best results.

The only extensive one I have seen is in “American Pie” by Peter Reinhart.
PMQ had an article I believe about 5 years ago about a place in Atlanta I want to say that only did grilled pizza. I’m not sure if they can find the article for you or not.
