Guidelines, help please

Hello everyone,

I’m new to your site as well as pizza making. My wife and I have a small 18 unit hotel & restaurant here in a small town in the Philippines. We cater to foreign tourist and average about four or five a month.

I like to cook and have been doing so here for almost a year. Even the locals like it, but can’t afford the average food item. We are speaking of 200 to 300 pesos. That is $4.00 to $6.00 American.

I make pizza and the tourist and politicans love it. Our question is; can anyone give us a guideline on how much, sausage, pepperoni or ham to place on either a 10" or 14" pie?

We brought 25lbs of each last trip over from US. Just need a guideline for portion control.
