The Latest guy who just opened printed 4 different menus and phones numbers and different name all same address basically it’s the same menu worded differently. Is this even legal?
why wouldn’t it be legal? I assume the concept is, “I’m Bob’s Pizza. Hmm. What if someone doesn’t like the name “Bob”? OK, I’m also Giant Pizza, Tiny Pizza, and Super Pizza!” I really don’t see how it could help him, but you never know.
Tradespeople such as plumbers use this tactic a lot to gain more leads and hide from bad reputation from one of their other aliases. Really can’t see how this would help in a business that requires repeat custom, they would far better pushing one strong business brand, give em 6 months max.
