Does anyone offer health insurance benefits to managers or employees? Are you paying the full portion of it?
We have Aetna for our company policy and premiums just went up 14.5% for this coming year.
I have this on my wish list…what does it average per employee?
We offer it to anyone who averages over 30 hours per week as per the ACA. We pay 80% and they pay 20%. The cost per person depends on their age with the younger people in their 20s coming in about $300 per month. Each decade of age adds about $100 per month to the cost.
