Heat Racks

Are the heat racks worth the expense of buying and operating. Are they effective in keeping the product warm for pick-up and delivery?


In our restaurant we have found that they do a great job at keeping the product warm and fresh for quite a long time. they can hold a fairly large amount of pies and work better than putten them on the oven, or such things.
