Hello all! Excited to join and learn from all of you. brand new to conveyor belts. Have a model 1040 Lincoln impinger oven. Having difficulty cooking the bottom of the pizzas. We are using traditional pizza pans since we have a a kittredge oven and are not looking to have 2 different types of pizza pans. Thank you all.

There should be a directional switch on the back side of the oven. It’s small, but you will see it
