My name is Kreg Hilbert and I own DoughBoyz Pizza in Oklahoma! We specialize in manufacturing frozen pizza dough balls, as well as frozen un proofed pizza crusts. I have been in the Pizza industry my entire life! My dad started our company 28 years ago. I got out on my own at age 19 and started a pizzeria in Chandler, Ok. From there I tell people I got “recruited” by Performance Food Group in Springfield, Mo! Worked there a year in a half, then took all the knowledge I received back to the family business.
