Hi from Europe, I have some questions

Firsty, excuse me if I don’t write good.

I’m doing a pizzeria project. I have experience working at pizzeria but my project would like to improve some departments, especially how to sell pizzas (I can post it if you have curiosity).

I will ask some quiestions:

  1. How is your process to open the dough? (Pass ball to pizza dough).

  2. Do you have electrical or gas oven?

  3. Do you have conveyor oven? If so, many?

Later, I post my dough recipe and I would like listen to your opinion.

I’m sure I forget something but I post it when I remember.
