Does anyone have a used one for sale that is cheap! Also I am being told they are very complex to install. Is it that hard?
Is there alternatives to the stainless steel that would be cheap and anyone could install?

Found this when our local Workers Compensation Board got a new inspector and he
went on a mission with local pizzerias.
Never bought it. I managed to get him to realize that most pizzerias wouldn’t know
what one was, let alone ever seen one or used one. Told him I’d install one at same
time as every other kitchen within his jurisdiction. I have been in maybe 20-30 pizzeria
kitchens. Yet to see one in action. Average Hobart is what?, 30 years old? .
