Do you need the handle scraper attachment to dice cheese ??? I just bought one in excellent condition for 1200 without the blade and scraper ( no wonder it was used little ) bought a blade for 350.00 on ebay. thanks for any imput !
Yes you do. The cheese around the edge will not get cut without the without the baffle throwing it back into the middle. I would say there is about a 10% chance that I have one is storage. I’ll stop by there and take a look in the next couple of days. That baffle new will cost you almost as much as you paid for the mixer.
Yes you do we have the same hcm and like pizzapirate says you won’t get an even cut. The blade only cuts and the baffle mixes
