I have a Hobart HCM450 vertical cutter mixer with both blades for sale for $2000.00. I also have a Palazzolo cheese shredder for sale for $2000.00. The cheese shredder has 3 blades and was only used for 8 months-it is a great piece of equipment 3 phase/2HP. The Hobart is also in great shape. You can make dough, sauce, and cut cheese in it. Update-6/21 The mixer sold today. Anybody need a cheese shredder?
