I have been home for several days fighting a bug… (probably why I have been so active on here) and I got bored. So… I drove over to the store, printed out the last reports of the year and went home and assembled the 2015 tax reporting. Got about 90% of it done and I am thrilled to find that our COGS which, the way we do it, includes ALL supplies and paper) came in at 28.3% which is the best number I have seen in several years.
Gotta love lower cheese prices!
